Our selection of loose leaf teas are bursting with flavour, and with little bits of herb, pieces of fruit and tea leaves. So, how to you get from gorgeous looking loose leaf teas to the perfect cup of tea?
Unless you don't mind bits of debris at the bottom of your cup, you will need some sort of straining device. I like using a simple single cup tea infuser if I only make one cup of tea. It is quick and easy and you can see exactly when the tea has brewed to your preferred level and take the leaves out immediately. For making more than one cup, I use a teapot with an integrated strainer.
