Smooth green tea enlivened with fresh Malabar spices, with a peppery and saucy finish.

HOW TO PREPARE MATCHA
Make paste with 1g of matcha (½ teaspoon) + 50ml hot water (80°C) and whisk until smooth.

FOR MATCHA TEA
Add 150ml hot water to Matcha paste and whisk until frothy.

FOR MATCHA LATTE
Add 200ml frothy steamed milk and sweetener to Matcha paste, or cold milk
and ice of an Iced Latte.
