How does it work?

Subscribing to a coffee, tea or hot chocolate delivery is just the same as buying a product on our website.

The only difference is that because a regular payment is being set up, only your subscription product can go through the checkout at one time, not a whole basket of items.


As a special welcome to our coffee subscription service, we will send a free 3 cup cafetiere with every new subscription, limited to one free cafetiere per delivery address.

How do I cancel my subscription

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into the Members Area on our website:


To cancel a plan through the Members Area

  1. Log in to the site. 

  2. Click your member profile at the top of the site.

  3. Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the More Actions arrow next to your plan.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

  6. Click Yes, Cancel to confirm.
